I've been in Austin real estate since 2011. Buyer, seller, investor, team leader. Every one of those roles taught me that a move is never just about the house.

Since 2011, I've been part of more than $150 million in lifetime transaction volume.

My story

2011Where it started

Fixing houses and finding my calling

I started buying, renovating and reselling homes around Austin, and I closed my first deal as an agent that same year. My little renovation company was called Eterne. The name stuck with me.

2013Building a team

Leading in commercial real estate

I helped lead a commercial real estate team: recruiting, training agents and keeping a busy group pulling in the same direction. I still help business owners find the right space.

Home, with everything I've learned

Today I lead Eterne Real Estate Group with eXp Realty, helping people across Austin through retirement, divorce, inheritance, relocation and every other kind of next chapter. People first. Never pressure.

Homes matter because of the lives lived inside them.

Off the clock

I like a good game and a full table.

Once or twice a week you'll find me on a pickleball court. I'm still chasing a golf swing I can trust, and I've done more research on golf balls than I'd like to admit. Every March I fill out a bracket, and I'll talk NBA with anyone who asks. Chess, pool, duckpin bowling or clay shooting, I'm in.

At home it's a good steak, homemade pizza, cold brew in the fridge and Blue Bell in the freezer. I've tried my hand at raised-bed gardening, and I fly my drone whenever I can find a good excuse.

Giving back matters to me. I've been an MDA Jailbird since 2014, I've joined Mobile Loaves & Fishes on their Street Retreats, and I volunteer with Backpack Friends.

I come home to.

Heatherly is my wife and my best friend. Together we have four grown kids, the people they love, and now our first grandbaby.
