Buy and sell at once

Two moves.
One calm plan.

Selling one home while buying the next is one of the most stressful parts of a move. The answer is a plan, made early.

Your options
01

Sell first

You know exactly what you have to spend. You may need a short-term place in between.

02

Buy first

You move once. It usually takes more cash or a bridge option from your lender.

03

Line them up

Contingencies and timing that let both closings happen close together.

How we help

We start with your numbers, your timeline and how much uncertainty you can live with. Then we talk with your lender about what's possible and choose the order that fits. We'll keep both sides of the move moving together.

Questions people ask
What is a home sale contingency?+

It's a condition in your offer that says your purchase depends on selling your current home. It protects you, but it can make your offer less attractive to some sellers.

Can I rent back after I sell?+

Often, yes. A short leaseback after closing can give you time to move. We'll negotiate it into the sale.
